All tutoring services are delivered by independent contractors, not employees of SnapTutor, LLC. As such, SnapTutor does not supervise, manage, or control the content or methods used by tutors, though we strive to maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism across our network.

2. Use of Services

To use our services, users may be required to:

• Submit a tutoring request via our website or designated form

• Provide accurate and complete information about their academic needs

• Maintain respectful and appropriate communication with tutors and SnapTutor staff

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for conduct that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful to others.

3. Payment and Fees

Tutoring sessions arranged through SnapTutor, LLC are paid services. By submitting a tutoring request, you agree to pay the applicable fees as communicated at the time of scheduling.

All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment system. SnapTutor, LLC does not store or process full credit card information directly.

Payments are non-refundable once a session has begun unless otherwise stated or arranged in writing. If a session is canceled within the allowable time frame, any refund or rescheduling will be handled at our discretion.

4. Tutor Conduct and Responsibility

We work diligently to ensure that all tutors meet a high standard of competence and professionalism. However, as independent contractors, tutors are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information and instruction they provide.

While SnapTutor may assist in matching students with suitable tutors, we do not guarantee any particular outcome or academic result. The educational value of a session depends on many factors, including student engagement, the tutor's approach, and subject complexity.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

All personal information shared with SnapTutor, LLC is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Tutors are granted access to only the information necessary to fulfill their responsibilities and are contractually obligated to treat that information with confidentiality.

6. Code of Conduct

SnapTutor is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment. We ask all users—students, guardians, and tutors—to:

• Treat each other with courtesy and professionalism

• Communicate respectfully and honestly

• Avoid inappropriate language, conduct, or requests

We reserve the right to remove any user from our platform for violations of this code of conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

Any materials, methods, or content provided by SnapTutor, LLC (such as logos, branding, website content, or communication systems) are the intellectual property of SnapTutor, LLC and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our prior written consent.

Tutors may also provide proprietary learning materials during sessions. Unless otherwise stated, those materials remain the intellectual property of the tutor and are intended solely for personal educational use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapTutor, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or tutoring services.

You agree that SnapTutor is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any tutor, nor for any academic performance outcomes. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific session in question.

9. Termination of Services

You may discontinue use of our services at any time. Likewise, SnapTutor, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user for any reason, including violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

SnapTutor, LLC may update or revise these Terms periodically. All changes will be posted on this page, with the revised effective date clearly indicated. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
